In order to perform services and deliver products to you M & J Southwest, Inc, and Phoneix, Arizona company collects some information about you. Said information may include name, address, phone numbers, e-mail address, zip code, city, state, country and certain buying habits as designated by you in forms you complete and submit. The collection of this data is facilitated by our own efforts and stared in our own database. It is not sold, loaned, rented or otherwise disseminated to other entities for use in any manner. There are no exceptions to this policy. M&J Southwest, may from time to time, use said information to re contact you for purposes of customers service or to inform you of a new product that we offer. If at anytime you wish to have you information purged from our records you may do so by sending an e-mail to customerservice@mandjsouthwest.com.

Shipping Policy

M&J Southwest ships all products and services with five working days of online the order. In the case of products that might be downloadable, the download link is provided immediately upon completion of the transaction. If, for any reason, a product cannot be shipped within the ascribed time period the customer will be notified by e-mail and offered the options of either cancelling the order or accepting the indicated shipping period. All products shipped by commercial carrier or the USPS are packed to avoind damage. However, should a product arrive damaged and useless, M&J Southwest will replace that product free of charge after receiving the damaged merchandise back from the customer.

Return Policy

Because M&J Southwest Inc, strives to maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction we offer our customers a full refund (purchase and shipping and handling) on any printed product (book or other printed materials) returned unused or in original condition within 30 days of original purchase. The refund will be reflected in a credit issued to the credit card used in the original purchase. In the case of editorial and design services all materials must be returned intact with a cover letter stipulating that said materials were unusable and that said materials will not ever be used in any form full or abridged. Should M&J Southwest discover that returned materials have been used without compensating M&J, the full weight of U.S. Copyright law comes to bear. M&J Southwest maintains full copyrights to any materials produced until the customers provides full agreed upon compensation for services rendered.
